Huellas de Existencia | Traces of Existence | Artist Reception

Join us Saturday April 20th at 6pm for the celebration of the artists of our new exhibition, Huellas de Existencia | Traces of Existence, featuring Alejandro Cartegena, Muriel Hasbun, Ilena Doble Hernandez, Rodrigo Valenzuela, and Alejandro Morales. These artists speak to ideas of migration, history, reminiscence, family, and existence through their experimental photography, such as collage, visual juxtapositions, and physical manipulations. These multi-layered photographs reflect artist's exploration of identity, their relationship with their homeland, social and political issues of Latin America and the U.S.
