Work It Out!

Free workout & food talk for teens at FreddyLive Fitness, Saturday, 10/26, from 4-6 pm

Freddy is passionate about sharing his studio and his story with young people. Invite your teen to grab a friend for a (very adaptable!) workout for all genders and all levels of fitness, healthy snacks, and a short Saturday-night style discussion on how working out and eating smart can help with stress reduction and self-care.

This program is brought to you by Leaders for an Equitable Tomorrow (LET), a joint initiative between the Network for Social Justice and Social Capital Inc.

Zumba with Coach Stephanie

This full body, fun and high energy dance fitness session will get you dancing to Latin and world music. Expect easy-to-follow dance choreography, that will leave you sweating and smiling. Registration is required, as space is limited. About Coach Stephanie: I am a group Exercise professional (Certified Zumba & Aqua Zumba Instructor) and a NCSF certified Personal Trainer.
