Halloween Pick-up Band for Winchester's Trunk or Treat

We're looking for woodwind, brass, percussion, ukulele, guitar, bass and other instrumentalists to play spooky themed music to kick off this fun town-wide event. No marching is required - we'll play standing in place. Costumes are welcome. This event takes place in the Jenks Center parking lot, across from Town Hall. We'll meet at 9:30 AM in the parking lot for a quick run through rehearsal and play at 10:30 AM. We should be wrapped up by around 10:45 AM. Pick up your music parts in the front office once you've signed up to perform.

Halloween Traditions in Boston with Anthony Sammarco

Anthony Sammarco will discuss the history of the Salem WitchcraA Trails which caused such tremendous anxiety and fear and the deaths of many innocent people in Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1692. He will also talk about the decorating of Beacon Hill as a veritable neighborhood of whimsy.
