Workshop: Conversations, Not Confrontations

In collaboration with Winchester ABC, the Network for Social Justice is holding a workshop on March 12, 2026, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM called, Conversations, Not Confrontations, with jamele adams, who is an educator, facilitator, and community peacemaker.

Workshop description: This community workshop is all about building skills for engaging in complex conversations - especially with people whose life experiences or perspectives differ from your own. Together, we'll practice how to show up with curiosity and self-awareness, even when conversations feel uncomfortable or perspectives don't align.

Working within a framework of love, inclusion and trust, by the end, you'll have concrete tools to engage across differences. You'll leave better equipped to navigate complex conversations without losing connection. No matter who you are or where you're coming from, this workshop is a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and grow together individually and as a community.
