The Winchester Artists Network annual member show will be at the Winchester Public Library May 1-31. Featuring over 20 pieces from 18 artists, the art will be on display throughout the Library. This year’s show is especially notable as it includes personal statements from the artists highlighting their connections to the Town of Winchester, in tribute to the Town’s celebration of its 175th anniversary.
Participating artists include: Theodore Cantrell, Diane Davies, Fenway Fan, David Feigenbaum, Trish Gannon, Elizabeth Hardjono, Thomas Hardjono, Mary Hummon, David Hummon, Ruth Lieberherr, Deb O’Brien, Jay Sullivan, Cristy Walsh, Rose Walsh-Cooke, Martina Werner, John M. Williams, Meg Steele Wingerath and Kiyomi Yatsuhashi.
All are welcome to an opening reception May 3, 3-5pm to meet some of the artists. Information regarding purchasing artwork directly from each artist is available via exhibit lists at the Library Circulation Desk and at the Lobby Display Case.
