Winchester Town Election March 30

Winchester will have a Town Election on Tuesday, March 30. On the ballot are the positions of

• Town Moderator
• Select Board
• Assessor
• Board of Health
• Planning Board
• School Committee
• Library Board of Trustees
• Town Meeting (representatives from each of the eight precincts)

In addition, voters will decide on a Ballot Question:

• a Debt Exclusion Override (which could raise property taxes) for the Muraco Culvert Flood Mitigation Project & School Immediate Repairs.

Candidate debates will be held on March 15 (School Committee), 17 (Select Board), and 18 (Board of Health) at 7:30 p.m. and will be carried live on WinCAM.

An information session about the Ballot Question will be broadcast on WinCAM held for this on March 19 (5:44 pm), 20 and 21 (7 pm), 22, 24 and 26 (7:55 pm), 27 and 28 (7 pm), and 29 (8 pm).
