Dramatic Watercolor Skies! Painting with Carolyn Latanision

Did you ever want to learn to paint an exciting watercolor sky? Even for experienced painters, it can be quite challenging to do! For beginner and experienced artists alike, award winning Winchester artist, Carolyn Latanision, will share her expert artistic tips on how to use acrylic gouache as a sneaky way to get amazing results!

Look through your pictures and pick one to paint. Come to this workshop prepared to learn techniques to help you take your own photograph and use it as a reference to create a beautiful painting. All levels welcome!

Food Art

Is it food or is it art? Both! Kids in grades 3-5 sign up to help create your ultimate food art showpiece. We'll learn a few design skills and then create our masterpieces. Sometimes food is just food, but sometimes it can also be art. Registration required.

In the Kitchen for Kids @ WLF

Let's get cooking with Ms. B and Chef Kelcy at Wright-Locke Farm!! Sign up to learn how to make some tasty sweet and savory bites! This program is open to kids in grades 2-5 only and registration is required! We'll be using the kitchen in the All Seasons Barn at Wright-Locke Farm, located at 82 Ridge Street Winchester, Ma 01890.

Kids Art with Studio on the Common

Join us for an art class with Studio on the Common! This month's project will be: Turtle Time! Clay Creatures Workshop - using hand building techniques, participants will sculpt a turtle out of clay. We'll be in the Storytime Room (or the Library Lawn if it's a nice day) getting crafty with all kinds of fun art supplies! For kids in grades 2-5, registration is required.
