Winchester Friends of Music (WFOM) is a volunteer organization made up of parents and community members. Originally founded in 1985 and newly organized as a 501(c)(3) public charity in 2021, WFOM supports the music program in Winchester Public Schools and has begun to expand to other music-related initiatives in Winchester, such as Winchester Porchfest.
The Winchester High School Parent Faculty Association serves as a liaison between the Winchester High School faculty and staff and WHS families and provides communication and support between home and WHS by:
The Winchester Public Library offers a variety of free services to all ages including educational and cultural programs, physical and digital books, audiobooks, and movies, research materials, and meeting space. The building is open to all.

The Winchester Recreation Dept is proud to provide the Town of Winchester with our activity registration system and website.
The Winchester School Committee consists of five members elected for three-year terms, so arranged that as nearly an equal number of terms as possible expire each year. The Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Financial Officer, sit at the meeting table but are not members of the committee and do not participate in votes.
The Committee generally meets twice each month during the school year.
Winchester School of Chinese Culture (WSCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to teach the language and traditional culture of China through classroom instructions, the arts, and cultural events and to promote and engage in cultural exchanges and civic activities to develop and sustain community-school partnerships.
The Winchester Parent Advisory Council is a state-mandated group of parents and guardians who work with teachers, administrators, and the School Committee to provide:

Our group includes outdoor enthusiasts, educators, scientists and nature lovers interested in sharing our passion and knowledge of nature with children—the next stewards of our lands.
