The League of Women Voters of Winchester is pleased to announce this year's Civic Leadership Award will be presented to Gloria Legvold. Gloria has provided a tremendous service to the community over many years through her work with the League, Winchester Unitarian Social Action & Outreach Committee, and the Network for Social Justice (formerly, the Winchester Multicultural Network). Gloria served on the Network Board from 2006-2017, and its Steering Committee from 2017-2020. She is a life-time member of the League, and has been a collaborative and generous leader and mentor in many organizations in Winchester.
