What if Winchester created a unique opportunity for youth to add their voice to important community conversations, especially those that matter most to them?
What if that voice were fully supported by town management, schools, town-wide youth organizations, faith groups, parents and businesses enabling youth to not only pose critical questions but genuinely collaborate on real solutions?
What would they identify as priorities, and how could the adult community best listen, learn, and support their efforts to strengthen our community?
This community conversation, planned in conjunction with town youth, seeks to ensure that the talents and perspectives of our youth are an integral part of building a caring, connected and inclusive community.
