Join us, in-person, at the Griffin Museum, for some artist book fun in celebration of Book Month in May!
This half day Accordion Pocket Bookmaking class is perfect for photographers, print makers, and collage artists. The Accordion Pocket Book is designed to add to a collection of 2D art, and make it into framed pocket pages, which can be displayed as a 3-dimensional artist book. Together we will create and discuss different ways to organize photo-based content into an accordion framework. This structure is also great to use as a marketing tool.
All materials and tools will be provided. The books are 5″ x 7″. Images should be trimmed to 4 1/2″ tall x 6 3/4″ wide.
